Oakstone Island is found on the way to Morwyn, close to Lockwoods. It is called Oakstone because there's literally only an oak and a stone in it! Fortunately, you can find an old man residing in it who can sell you a better rod.
Inside the oak you can find a potion shop as well.. How mysterious..
