Minai is the NPC the players have come to see on Green Leaf and she will be the story quest giver for the island and can be found in the potion store of Green Leaf Village.

Go east past the the river, back to the Botianical Maze. There, deep within the maze you will find our temple, I cannot say more... the rest is up to you!"
